Returns - 15 Days
It happens, you see a cool bike on our site or with a reseller, thought it was the right fit or design and then you fell out of love. If you decide you don’t want the bike within 15 days from the day you receive it, we are happy to give you your money back.
Returns - 60 Days
We will accept your returns however you will only receive credit for our web shop. You can then choose another bike or accessories totaling the balance of your credit. Be sure to keep your package and shipping materials. Once we receive the bike and inspect it, we can issue a full credit, assuming nothing is missing or damaged and all packaging is original. Additionally surcharges may apply.
Damage?
Did your bike get damaged during shipping? Contact us right away and provide pictures of the damage. We’ll get you sorted.
Return Shipments
In the event you return something, we expect it in the same condition you received it. You are responsible for all shipping costs to get the item back to our warehouse.
Early Production Model, Promotion, Closeout, Sale or Free item?
These products were discounted and all sales are final. If you are really not happy with what you get, please contact us we’ll see what we can do.
