As you know by now, it took a lot of elbow grease to get this bike to you. We are very proud of our bikes, mission and all the people involved at Revital Bikes. That said, we know !things% happen. We absolutely want you to be happy and more importantly safe with your new bike. Below is some fine print you should be aware of before buying a bike.
If you purchased an accessory which appears defective. Please contact us right away and we’ll get you sorted.
365 days + 30 days warranty for all* components
*There is a difference between wear and tear and product defect or failure. A tire, tube, pedal, handgrips, saddle and other components which are exposed to the elements and your body are going to wear, these will not be considered a warranty issue if they are simply showing their age. We require an abnormal condition for it to be covered under our warranty program.
Bike’s purchased from Revital Bikes online shop:
When you buy a bike on our site your warranty will begin at the time of purchase. We add an additional 30 days to the 365 days to compensate for delivery periods.
Bike’s purchased from a boutique reseller (non-bike shop):
If you bought the bike at an event, from a boutique or a reseller you are entitled to the same warranty coverage as our online store. No need to take it back to the store, farmers market or space ship where you made the original purchase. Just let us know about the issues and we will get you sorted.
Bike’s purchased from a reseller (bike shop):
If you bought the bike from a bike store, they will provide the warranty, therefore you can take your bike to them for support. We would love to assist, but you are in good hands.
DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to determine if a component is subject to manufacture defects, wear and tear, abnormal use or abuse. Please provide as much detail about the issue (including pictures, videos and sound recordings) as you can and we will do everything in our power to address it fairly.
